A Birthday Celebration

I went down to Levin to visit Nige's sister, Wendy, and take her out for lunch in celebration of her birthday that week.  We had a lovely time together, and we found a nice cafe for lunch with good coffee - Whispers Cafe, Levin.  On the way home I stopped in Foxton briefly to say hello to Keith.

I caught a ride with friends from church, the Stephenson family, who were also going to Levin to visit their dog who is in quarantine for a month after coming out from the US.  The Stephensons were keen to have someone with them who knew the way, so it worked out perfectly for us to travel together.
