We met up with Don Campbell again this year at Greerton Bible Chapel in Tauranga and then went back to his place for lunch after church. After lunch Don suggested a drive, and he packed some afternoon tea in the basket and we headed off to McLaren Falls Park, just a little out of Tauranga.
We used our new picnic blanket again (thank you Hautapu family!) and enjoyed the beautiful park, watching the ducks and swans and people kayaking, and hearing some stories of Don's childhood days. It was a very enjoyable afternoon together!
