I came across a yummy sounding recipe last week. I'm a fan of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups from the States and they're hard to come by in NZ. The reviews for this recipe were all so positive I just had to try making them. Well, they were EASY to make and they are SO like the real deal!! We can't get Graham Crackers here in NZ so I used Griffins Superwine biscuits, and today I made them with Arnotts Rice Cookies for a friend who is on a gluten-free diet and they turned out equally as well as with the Superwines.
