Before I arrived in LA Nige went down to Santa Monica Pier on the Saturday between classes. He enjoyed a the break from the classroom and enjoyed the sunshine.
The following Saturday Nige went with Reuben Pickering, James Major and his children to Universal Studios.
At the end of the day Verity, Karen and I joined our hubbies and the children and ate dinner at The Hard Rock Cafe at City Walk.
Verity, Karen and I attended the
Women Discipling Women Conference, hosted by The Master's College. It started Friday night. Karen joined for us for the Saturday sessions. Martha Peace, Elyse Fitzpatrick and Lydia Brownback with the main speakers. It was really good, and very refreshing for me. I'm glad Nige encouraged me to go.
