Homes in Society Hill, Pennsylvania
A narrow little alley as we walked the streets of Society Hill - there's so much history here.  I love the houses and buildings - old and full of character!
We walked right by this Starbucks and totally missed it.  It wasn't until we crossed the street to walk back on the other side of South Street that we noticed it.  We headed straight there - for a cold drink and mostly to get out of the muggy heat!
Nige took this photo - he was being creative.  I like it!
We did a trolley bus tour of Philadelphia - one where you could hop on and off at any of the stops.  We got off at the Philadelphia Museum of Art - not to see the museum (as beautiful as the building is) but to see the Rocky steps (from the movie).
Me cooling off with my feet in the water fountain pond.  Such a relief!
The city in the background.
Nige at the top of the Rocky steps (yes, that's him in front of the fountain).
The Rocky monument (I'm sure Sylvester Stallone wasn't that big!).
Nige got himself a Chicken Philly Cheesesteak, and Nige even ate all the pickle!
