Preparations for our annual Christmas Dessert evening with the Henderson family. This year we invited Mum and Pete to join us too.
I made Toblerone Cheesecake - it is absolutely DELICIOUS and fairly easy to make. I pre-scooped mini scoops of vanilla ice cream to go with it, and we had spicy cashews to snack on too . . . if the cheesecake was too sweet!
A fun evening of being together, of eating, and of exchanging gifts.
