Nige and I had the privilege once again, to be at the Shepherds' Conference in Los Angeles. Nige was attending with the Training Center guys from Faith Bible Church, and I stayed with friends in La Crescenta, and during the four days of the conference hung out with Kiwi and Aussie ladies, whose husbands were attending the conference and showed them a little bit of Los Angeles.
I spent four days with these lovely ladies - Elvira (NZ), Natalie (Australia), and Stephanie (NZ).

One of the highlights of being at the Shepherds' Conference is catching up with friends who we went to church with and/or attended seminary with. We enjoyed a brief catch-up with Shannon Hurley, missionary to Uganda, who we used to go to church with in La Crescenta and who was in seminary at the same time as Nige also.
