Tony and Chantelle stayed with us for a few days so they could do some house hunting in preparation for their move down here to Hastings in December. When the plans were made that they would stay with us they offered to make us dinner one night . . . Mexican dinner! Yah! How exciting!
I forget what they called it (a name I'd not heard before) but we wrapped a bit of each of these foods in a tortilla, and it was delicious.
