We had the Hendersons around for dinner to celebrate Natalie's birthday. I made my new favourite
chocolate cupcake recipe for dessert and instead of peanut butter frosting this time, I made (decaf)
espresso buttercream frosting. Mmmm!
When it came time to sing Happy Birthday to Nat, Nige suddenly burst into song . . . in a higher than usual key and slightly off pitch - it was hilarious!!
